Mentoring is arguably the most cost-effective developmental intervention an organisation can introduce. It has significant positive impacts upon the participants (both mentors and mentees), the organisation and key third parties such as mentees’ line managers.  As part of the Lloyds Military Network Programme you will be offered the opportunity to liaise with one of our dedicated mentors during your iteration, the aim of which is to provide you with support with your personal development, share their own knowledge of the industry, specifically in the field or fields you may be interested working in and ultimately be used as a sounding board for difficult decisions and conversations.  We have outlined below brief bios of some of our current mentors.
